Sunday, 24 May 2015. Linen Moths Part 1. This moth pattern uses 3 stitches. Treble Crochet (UK)/ Double Crochet (USA). I used 2 ply 100% linen yarn from Namolio for the moths. The linen comes in tons of colours all stunning, its one of the nicest linens I have tried. But the pattern works well in most yarns (make sure you use the correct size hook to match the yarn/ thread/ wire you choose) I have even tried 0.2mm wire (it took approx. 11 metres of wire). Sunday, 7 June 2009. World Wide Knitting in Public Day. As next Saturday is. World Wide Knitting in Public Day. I have added a knitted pattern for a change. Yarn DK or worsted weight. Patons Linen DK in blue and yellow. Tension/ Gauge 30sts X 22 rows = 10cm(4inches) X 10cm. Size 4mm(UK)/ size 6 (USA) needles. Kfb = Knit into the front and back of the stitch (this is an increase). K2tog = Knit two stitches together as one stitch. Using blue yarn (or colour of choice). Cast on 1 st. Row 1 (RS): kfb (2sts).

Each mini pumpkin needs 2 eyes, I used toy eyes (you can also use buttons or embroider eyes on). Rnd 2: 2 dc (UK)/ 2sc (USA) into each st all round (12 sts). Rnds 4 and 5: as row 3. Rnd 8: as round 7.
