This past Tuesday I had another round of chemo. My next treatment is 11/16. So far, other than battling a cold, I feel the best I have in a very long time! 0160; I feel so good in fact that I have been able to run a bit more and reclaim the runner in me. . My journey as I defeat lung cancer. I am in remission! We received wonderful news today. I met with my oncologist earlier today to discuss a PET and CT scan that I had done last week. My doctor indicated that the PET scan was negative for active cancer in my lungs, lymph nodes, and brain. In other words, no active cancer in my body! 0160; She said that the small cell and non-small cell lung cancers are in remission. We did it! 0160; We are in remission! 0160; Any one else in?
