The Smith's of Star Valley. Sunday, August 9, 2015. Lincoln County Fair 2015. The fair was a big hit this year. Here are a few of the things we did and saw there. Grandma and Grandpa came up to visit us and we went to the Demolition Derby. The boys were so happy. The joy they got from watching these cars crash in to each other was so funny. Total BOYS! The kids and I went over one day to catch a couple of shows. We saw Lady Houdini who is always a hit and Whitney even got a picture with her! It was so fu...

Well, I made my first cake with fondant, for Jared's birthday. He wanted a Thomas the Train cake so I had to get creative. It turned out pretty good, thank goodness, because it took 6 1/2 hours! After all that work, it was hard to think that a bunch of 3 and 4 year olds were going to eat my masterpiece! It was worth it though! Jared, while he was getting sung to. Jared's friends who came to the party. Colter, Alex, Brooklyn, Zachery, Kasen, Jared, Adam, Ben, Russell). Happy 4th Birthday Jared!

A Closet Diva living life in a small town. Sunday, December 14, 2008. Just when I think life might slow down a little, I have another busy week in which the laundry didn't get done, and the inside of the microwave is still disgusting. Anyway, my vocal recital went beautifully. My students all did so well! I was very proud of them! Sunday, December 7, 2008. Stupid Jackson Cowboys and Hippies. Was what she said. She ended up being from Brazil, so we talked to her for a while. . By the end of the day, I had...

The Smith's of Star Valley: May 2014
http://joshandamandasmith.blogspot.com/2014_05_01_archive.html
The Smith's of Star Valley. Tuesday, May 27, 2014. We saw a few of these rock chucks. They are not shy. I sort of wish they were. My baby is 4. It sort of brings a tear to my eye that my baby is a big 4 year old now.sigh. Here are some pics of his big day. I did the balloon thing this year. Not all that creative, but that's all I've got for now:). Zach ate his favorite cereal for breakfast. I tried to get the mandatory "picture with Mom", but Zach just wasn't havin' it. Such a nut. The Smith's of Star Valley. Saturday, January 31, 2015. Perfect day for sledding. A few of our friends and their families went sledding with us yesterday. It was such a beautiful day, I could have stayed there for hours soaking in that vitamin D. Here are the pics. Huge hill. This is the view from almost the top. The hill is right off the highway. Zach, going way too fast. He turned out to not be such a big fan of sledding:(. Using a snow mobile makes sledding Soooo much better! This is Whit and Josh.

The Smith's of Star Valley. Sunday, April 20, 2014. I took this picture because one of my favorite things about my home is the fireplace, for many reasons, but at Easter time, I like seeing how many eggs I can hide in the rocks. Ya, I'm cool. So I've been seeing friends post really cute pictures of their kids in their new Easter clothes. Here are my attempts. Tyler and Zach don't even hear me sometimes. I just gave up in the end. The two most cooperative of our family. We did these too! Brianne and John ...

The Smith's of Star Valley. Monday, August 3, 2015. July was a fun month for me. It didn't fly by like most months and I felt like we packed in a lot of fun things. Here are some random things that we did that don't really necessitate their own blog post:). I went to the Rexburg, ID temple with a couple of my favorite friends. Ericka and Tory. The kids played duck duck goose with some of their favs, the Jenkins. We hiked up to the Intermittent Spring again with some friends, the Lancasters. Emily and Dou...
