THE ADVENTURE OF WRITING. Is there no end to The Writer’s Room? A framed frame here in a friend’s garden, thanks Kathy. I love tall trees and using Lorelle to show you just how big they are. One of my favourite subjects, an Egret. Naturally I missed him grabbing a fish. Yes I know, another Red Deer but isn’t she beautiful? Taken at the end of our road. A Noisy Miner, it just kept on posing at the outside café so I took its picture. They always give me a photo opportunity, bless ’em. February 13, 2015.

A Walk through Galle district. The Sailing Bee →. Mawlynnong, a perfect village for your retirement. August 23, 2014. It is true India is not one of the cleanest countries in the world. Leave cities, its villages are equally filthy. But what if I introduce you to a village where you’d be surprised to see no garbage! Yes, no garbage at all. It was pitch dark everywhere. Living With A Dragon. August 5, 2015. Whilst taking my partner to Leicester Square for a show I took the opportunity to bring my camera and my newest lens which led to these images, the lens in question is a Sigma 17-50mm f2.8. After three weeks of use I can say it’s very good quality for the price tag. Victoria memorial landscape shot. A lovely sky above the duck house in St James’ Park. One thought on “New Lens Fun”. In three words I can sum up everything I have learned about life: It goes on – Robert Frost. June 12, 2015. June 9, 2015. I’ve mentioned before that we sometimes go to watch our grandchildren play sport. The other weekend, we watched the girls play netball and our grandson played soccer (or football to those of you in the UK). We laughed so much watching the two girls together. They were so cute to watch and they never got angry with each other. They just enjoyed the fun. After the fun of watching the gi...
