Today I've found out there is a misconception from some future homeowners, who are under the impression that they are responsible for the payment of commissions to the Agent who represents them in purchasing a home. Should you use your own Agent when making an offer on a property or should you just go directly to the Listing Agent? As a Buyer, do your homework and make the best choice you can, for there is no right or wrong answer to this Age-Old question. Many Buyers really don't know the difference between being Pre-Qualified and Pre-Approved. Let me be the first to tell you, the differences are tremendous and may be the between getting your offer accepted on your dream home or losing out on it.
