This blog is dedicated to chronicling the adventures of Jocelyn and Nick, as they travel to Qatar and back! Well, considering we haven't updated for months. we have a lot to catch up on! But one thing we will share right away: We are expecting our first child, a baby boy, in early February! We are especially happy to be living in our new apartment compound (gosh, another thing to update) because two other ASD couples who moved over here with us are also expecting, all within a few months of each other!

My husband, Nick, had been talking about buying a boat in the recent months, but honestly since neither one of us were sailors, I didn’t think he was all that serious. He specifically wanted to have a sailboat, not a power boat! After many hours of online research, Nick had already decided that if we were getting one it would be a Catalina 22.
