Filia Dei: October 2014
http://filia-dei.blogspot.com/2014_10_01_archive.html
Wednesday, October 29, 2014. Today I had to drive an hour plus one way to take my mom to a doctor appointment. While I was in the Annapolis area I took my daughter to see a pony she loves who is very ill and is going to have to be put down. I also was able to arrange a make-up horseback riding lesson while we were up here so I wouldn't have to drive back up this evening or hang around until this evening. Tuesday, October 28, 2014. 3 weeks post move. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). From this day forward.

So... I had a baby.: halloween.
http://nickknockedmeup.blogspot.com/2012/11/halloween.html
So I had a baby. Wednesday, November 7, 2012. For Halloween Nick and I decided that Owen would be Admiral Dewey, for whom Nick's ship was named, and who said "Fire when ready Gridley." I'm pretty sure he also destroyed an armada of Spanish ships single handedly with his mustache, or something like that. Put that mustache on Pop pop. I dare you. Im impressed with the costume. Making them from scratch is hard! November 9, 2012 at 6:12 PM. November 10, 2012 at 3:43 PM. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

So... I had a baby.: patriot.
http://nickknockedmeup.blogspot.com/2012/10/patriot.html
So I had a baby. Saturday, October 13, 2012. Nick's home for football season. Which means Owen is being indoctrinated into the Patriot's nation. It's fine with me. Every time Tom Brady takes his helmet off I hear bells chime. It doesn't hurt that the Patriot's colors match my couch pillows either. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Get Back to My Blog. http://www.lilyofthepalms.com/2013/12/35-weeks-lots-of-good-news.html
Tuesday, December 3, 2013. 35 Weeks and Lots of Good News! Hit 35 weeks yesterday! Like….that's a huge thing to actually be inside of a woman's abdomen. Well at least I think so. That is, until I reach this point in pregnancy. Lily Mae was born at 35 weeks. I have actually touched, felt, and loved a baby that was born at this point. Makes the whole thing feel a lot less abstract to me. Over the past two days, I've had a TON of appointments. Well, five. Let me summarize:. 3 Saw the chiropractor! My placen...

Lily of the Palms: Autumn Won't Be a Preemie!
http://www.lilyofthepalms.com/2013/12/autumn-wont-be-preemie.html
Monday, December 16, 2013. Autumn Won't Be a Preemie! I'm 37 weeks and FULL TERM today! As you know, I've been anxious to make it to this day from the moment I found out I was pregnant. Of course I'm even more excited to actually meet our baby, but today was definitely highly anticipated. The shots did their job! Thanks for keeping my baby in my belly! So I'm just typing this up for a few minutes while the copious amounts of photos on my camera roll upload to my computer. I made some sweet curtains!

When it comes to fear, I have a crazy imagination. I am overly scared of a noise in my house being an intruder, I used to fear that I was going to see a demon at any moment and as a child, I was afraid of being flushed down the toilet. The kids at Hayden’s 2nd birthday party couldn’t play with the balloons because of ME. I’m pretty sur...
