We are staying at a nicely renovated hotel called Hotel Bow Garden. Mr GPS got us here flawlessly. The check-in was a little different. no front counter with concierge services. Instead you find yourself in a bar with a bowling alley! But the people are very pleasant and in no time we had our rooms. Posted using BlogPress from my iPad.

The dinner was held in a private hall with a famous local singer doing renditions from his CD's and he doubled as the disk jockey playing the music. After the supper the dancing began and it went on and on. apparently until after 4 in the morning. There was a break for fireworks and of course a midnight meal, which we didn't partake in, consisting of enough food to feed an army.
