And ours (we doubled the sauce):. 2 chicken breasts, cut into bit-sized pieces. 2 oranges, juiced (or about 2/3 c. orange juice). 6 Tbsp. chipotle pepper sauce. Spray a large, non-stick pan with non-fat cooking spray and set over medium high heat. Wednesday, January 23, 2013. Teriyaki Chicken Bacon Skewers. This is easily one of my new favorites. I mean.it's chicken, bacon, pineapple, and teriyaki sauce. YUM. What's not to love? Plus, it's kind of fun to put them together. I will most definitely make this again, and I HIGHLY recommend it! HERE is this original recipe. And ours, which is basically the same:. 1 lb (ish) boneless skinless chicken breasts. 8 oz (ish) lean bacon - maybe more. Just buy a regular package and use it until you're done.

I'm always looking for a new marinade or easy way to change up a regular piece of chicken (baked or grilled) for dinner after a long work day.
