The Chronicles of a JET Teacher. So, I thought I would give a little bit of background on what JET is and why I chose to apply for it. How long will you be there? Do you speak Japanese? How hard is it to get in? How much do you get paid? Wouldn’t you like to know? So, if it’s so hard to get in to, how’d YOU get it? Where will you be? I will be in the city of Kakogawa-shi (加古川市) in the Hyogo prefecture of Japan. If I can figure out how to add a google map or two in here, I might just do that, haha.
