Too Many Cooks Spoil the Broth. December 15, 2010. At 9:56 am by kalpana. Italian seasoned breadcrumbs – 1 cup. Grated Parmesan Cheese – 2 tablespoons. Grated Mozzarella Cheese – 1 tablespoon. Finely Chopped Garlic – 1/2 teaspoon. Finely Chopped Green chillies – 1 teaspoon. Finely Chopped Cilantro – 2 tablespoons. Salt – a pinch. Oil – 2 tablespoons. Grease the baking tray with vegetable oil. To make the stuffing,mix all the ingredients except mushrooms together . Take the stem out of the mushrooms.

Tomatoes – 2. Tamarind pulp – 1/2 cup. Turmeric – 1/4 teaspoon. Mustard seeds – 1. Curry leaves – 1 sprig. Ghee – 3 tablespoons. To Toast and grind. Freshly grated coconut – 3 tablespoons. Coriander powder – 1 tablespoon. Chana dal – 2 teaspoons. Cumin seeds – 1/4 teaspoon. Soak the toor dal in water for 4-5 hours.

Ginger garlic paste -1 tablespoon. Cinnamon stick – 1. Cloves – 5. Cilantro – a bunch. Fresh coconut milk – 4 cups 1 cup water. Heat oil in a pan.Add the cloves,bayleaf,cinnamon stick anf fry for few seconds. Add the finely chopped onion, chopped green chilles,ginger-garlic paste,pinch of salt and saute for few minutes.
