Nessa, Master of the Universe. Monday, September 26, 2011. Yesterday the heat was brutal, 105 indoors. Someday soon we'll get our AC fixed, but for last night I dragged the big mattress out to the living room and the kids and I camped out with the dogs. It's so much nicer having a mattress where the rug normally is. After the boy got off to school, I snuggled up with my best girl and we took in a little sesame street. Notice the long sleeves? Nessa, Master of the Universe. Sunday, September 11, 2011. One of the [many] reasons that I love vegan baking, is that I can freely eat the batter without worrying about getting the salmonella. Dave says uncooked eggs are totally safe, I disagree though I am admittedly quite a bit irrational when it comes to the salmonella. Enough about salmonella. These are some tasty muffins. 1 1/3 c flour. 2 tsp baking powder. 3/4 c ' milk'. 1 c dried cranberries. Bake for 18-20 m, until the toothpick comes out clean.
