My Vision and Story. If you told me 8 years ago that I would be teaching yoga and working as a personal trainer I would have laughed in your face. Two years ago my family took a 6 mile hike (3 miles up hill) and with my 3 year old son on my back I was able to hike all the way up and practically ran down the mountain!
