China 2012 and 2014. Our first trip to China was the end of our Trans-Siberian Railway adventure and to get our North Korean visa. We spent a good week in Beijing, that we repeated two years later with the in-laws. In 2014 we got to work at a farm in Dongguan for five weeks and took the train from Guangzhou all the way up to Beijing, through Shanghai. The hard seats on the sleeper trains were a nightmare! Great Wall of China.

Cambodia crossed a line when a guy tried to sell me a tuktuk ride when I was on a tuktuk ride. Found the whole experience kind of stressful, but we got to see Angkor Wat and that was nice. The highlight of Cambodia was the Kampot pepper though!

Germany 2011, 2012 and 2013. Berlin is a really cool city and we got to see Jack White perform in Hamburg! Even though we've had German language at school for eight years, we don't really speak it very well. Which seems like a real waste.

We rode a bike across Cuba in 2011 and it was one of the best adventures we've ever done. Cuba is simply amazing! Staying at peoples homes and seeing the rural parts of this country is something we will never forget.

We rented a car and drove in a circle around the entire country of Namibia in 2013! It's the perfect way of seeing this beautiful country that has it all. It's one of the best places to be a tourist we've ever been to, but be careful when trekking in Waterberg. We stumbled upon leopard tracks and we were all alone and unarmed.
