NOLA Paleo: Have your paleo pie (thickened) and eat it, too!
http://nolapaleo.blogspot.com/2013/11/have-your-paleo-pie-thickened-and-eat.html
Wednesday, November 27, 2013. Have your paleo pie (thickened) and eat it, too! Lately, I've been experimenting more with tapioca flour. Since discovering Primal Girl's Wonder Dough recipe. I always have a large supply of tapioca flour on hand. It is a versatile "flour" with a neutral flavor that I have used successfully in many baked paleo treats. The Cook's Thesaurus at foodsubs.com. I imagine this method will come in handy making Turkey Pie after Thanksgiving! Please checkout www.nolapaleo.com. Paleo F...
NOLA Paleo: No Poo With No Waxy Worries
http://nolapaleo.blogspot.com/2013/12/no-poo-with-no-waxy-worries.html
Monday, December 2, 2013. No Poo With No Waxy Worries. Not everyone gets the whole no-poo movement. (I still giggle when the words "poo" and "movement" are used together. Pardon me while I compose myself. But seriously, I'm talking about the idea of using baking soda and vinegar to wash your hair. You know, the idea of using baking soda and vinegar to wash your hair? I finally realized that as the seasons changed the New Orleans Water Dept adjusted the amount of additives and chlorine they use in the tap...

NOLA Paleo: Help Keep NOLA Paleo Strong
http://nolapaleo.blogspot.com/2014/05/help-keep-nola-paleo-strong.html
Wednesday, May 7, 2014. Help Keep NOLA Paleo Strong. I love this group! Your positive energy and enthusiasm towards all things Paleo shows just how far we can push New Orleans restaurants to serving food we can eat. If you are new to the Paleo world, you may not know just how far the New Orleans area has come in the last year. And I don’t see the momentum slowing down anytime soon! In an attempt to grow our movement by educating newbies, pushing people towards the Facebook group, and showing tourist that...
NOLA Paleo: December 2013
http://nolapaleo.blogspot.com/2013_12_01_archive.html
Wednesday, December 18, 2013. I'm Closing the Group! Our group has grown quite a bit recently, and we're learning that with growth come complications. I created this group to provide a safe, positive environment for discussion about the Paleo way of life. Our members include all types of Paleo people, from the hardcore to those attempting to lead a healthier lifestyle through gradual change. Even those dealing with food allergies like me. Dairy, red wine, and dark chocolate (oh my! But I would ask you do...

NOLA Paleo: Disney World Paleo Style by Kelly Miller
http://nolapaleo.blogspot.com/2013/11/disney-paleo-style.html
Sunday, November 24, 2013. Disney World Paleo Style by Kelly Miller. So, yes, I am a self-professed “Disney snob”. I can’t help myself…I’m addicted to a mouse. We go several times a year. Well, about two years ago, I got sick and tired of living on caffeine and Imodium, while waiting for my Fast Pass time to come up. My two children used to say that my favorite ride at the parks is the bathroom! No Mickey ice cream on a stick? I wasn’t going to stand for this, but I was also not giving up the mouse!

NOLA Paleo
Wednesday, July 9, 2014. Where will Paleo take you? The plan is to grow lots and lots of non-GMO crops! And I thought it was utilitarian before but soon fruit trees and beehives will replace the current bamboo, and blueberry bushes will fill in previous dead space. I'm even looking forward to spending my weekends sweaty and covered in dirt! How did this happen? I'm willingly giving up my manicures and dinners out for farm land? Or better yet, food that I can buy cheaper in the store? I love this group!

New Orleans, LA | Just another WordPress.com site
New Orleans, LA. Just another WordPress.com site. March 8, 2011. Welcome to my New Orleans page! In January 2006 I spent 3 weeks in New Orleans volunteering for the American Red Cross. I was stationed in the heart of New Orleans working in Kitchen 44, the largest disaster kitchen in Red Cross history! I’m about to return to New Orleans for the first time since Katrina. Kisah Sedih tentang ART. Ya ampun apakabarnya dunia perblog-an ya? Kita juga gaji dia segitu karena udah sepakat kedua belah pihak dari awal.
