I just realized that I never posted upon completion of our winter Alaskan adventure! After a 4-day ferry ride, with snow in every town that we stopped, we made it to Sitka on Tuesday afternoon. It has been snowing on and off in Sitka for a week, which has left an unusual amount of snow in the ground for this area. The kids and dog have been loving it. In the new backyard.
