Today is day 40 of not eating any sugar. I'm almost through week 6 of the I Quit Sugar. 8 week plan to detox from sugar. This is the week where you're supposed to add back in some fruits. I actually have had sugar a few times; I had some pumpkin bread with chocolate chips on halloween and the last time I went to Chicago I had a brilliant piece of cheesecake (that I split with my daughter and still we could not finish it!
