To inspire, train and empower all people to lead lives of nonviolence. Nonviolence Works’ Programs:. Mentorship is our core program, serving 350 boys and girls identified by school social workers as likely to benefit from positive role models. Support Groups address the needs of high-risk teens in the schools, Juvenile Probation Office and the Juvenile Detention Center. Nonviolence Awareness classes are conducted for court-referred offenders. The Summer Youth Program. Gang Resistance is Powerful (GRIP).
