I’m making a classic chicken dish and I wanted to share it with you since I couldn’t find this particular version of the recipe online. Although I’m almost positive it’s around here somewhere! The versions I came across are mixed with more fattening options, such as condensed soups, sour cream, buttery crackers and potato chips! Makes 8 servings (about 7 cups). 1/2 c skim milk. 4 c cubed cooked chicken. 1 T lemon juice.

Annnnd another week gone! I weighed this morning and I’m 149.6, shouldn’t be too difficult to get back there if I play my cards right. I worked out this morning with Leslie. Did 3 miles and then jumped on the elliptical to make sure I worked off about 350 calories. I’m feeling good! I’m feeling motivated!
