Oink, Ink.: September 2013
http://oink-ink.blogspot.com/2013_09_01_archive.html
Saturday, September 07, 2013. It makes such great cards and does me no good sitting in my incredibly large stash, haha! Looks much better on a card! I also used a scrap of the bright pink handmade paper. To tear it easily, just wet it with a blender pen and rip it. Today I got to go to an Open House hosted by the demonstrator I've been going to. She and the group she belongs to put it on.maybe about 10 ladies? Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). View my complete profile. Or stick with the originals? Answers Abou...
Oink, Ink.: March 2012

Saturday, March 10, 2012. Thursday we had our Relief Society Birthday Celebration. We centered our theme around a video we used in the program, which had daffodils in it, so I used that on the invitations and the posters. It turned out to be a great night, with great company, food, and the program was exceptional! Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). I feel lucky to be married to a great guy and have four boys. Oink, Ink.: June 2011

Thursday, June 30, 2011. I made a bunch of these thank you cards to give to a friend's daughter for part of her wedding gift. She had needed a bike stamp to go on the front of her wedding invitation envelopes. I was able to find this one that I borrowed from a stampin' friend. The bride has been riding her bike for years as she goes to college, therefore the bike. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). I feel lucky to be married to a great guy and have four boys. Saturday, November 23, 2013. We made these cute scarecrows at a stamping class that I went to recently. Doesn't look like it should have, but it took us four hours, haha! It was a lot of fun, but Mod Podge can be difficult at times! I used the Sweater Weather Designer Paper on this one. I accidentally put up a second post today (see below! I wanted to save it for later, but it wanted to go up today for some reason. :). So the idea of the plates is to bake something, give it to someone you don't know well...

Rants, Raves, Fotos & Faves: November 2009
http://mjandthekids.blogspot.com/2009_11_01_archive.html
Friday, November 27, 2009. This afternoon we started breaking out the boxes of Christmas decorations. As I was unpacking one box, I came across a metal word that says, "Believe". Gavin took it and read it. He then said, "I believe in Jesus Christ! I was not expecting him to say that - I was really expecting the whole Santa Claus ending since the kids have been going through tons of store ads today circling everything they think they want.which is pretty much EVERYTHING! Sunday, November 22, 2009. He was ...

http://mjandthekids.blogspot.com/2010/03/bountiful-baskets-3-6-10.html
Saturday, March 6, 2010. This morning Mike went and helped volunteer at Bountiful Baskets. He had a good time and was glad he went to help out. He said he would probably do it again next week. One of the perks of volunteering in the morning is that you often get some extra produce. This was our haul this morning:. 2 bunches of asparagus. 2 blueberries packs (6 oz each). 1 bunch of spinach. 1 bunch of red leaf lettuce. 2 heads of cabbage. Our total for today was $23. Wish Boise area did that! March 8, 201...

Wednesday, June 10, 2009. I was a little shocked but laughing. Gavin tried to smooth things over and be diplomatic, but it was too late.it was funny. We are dirty freaks. The secret is out! Kids are so funny. I love them! Monday, June 8, 2009. Tour de Cure Ride. On his way home, he even had a flat tire and fixed it and continued riding. His goal is to complete the Century Ride in the Tour de Cure - which is 104 miles! If you want to sponsor Mike - and support Diabetes research, you can. Tour de Cure Ride.

Wednesday, May 27, 2009. Will I be ok? Yesterday was another rough day.of course with Alyssa. It doesn't help things when I am in pain with my back issues right now - it definitely doesn't give me much more patience to deal with a defiant daughter! Gavin was the last kid to go outside. As he was walking out the door, he hesitated and asked me, "mom, will you be ok? I just laughed and said, "um.yeah! He smiled and said, "I know why.because you won't have to listen to any whining! Monday, March 30, 2009. Mike says the only thing he contributed to our kids are his eyelashes.ha ha! I wish I had those eyelashes. Mike took some fun pictures of the kids trying to capture how long those lashes really are. I decided to try to scrapbook those pictures today. Here are the pages I designed (if you click on the pages, they will enlarge and you can really see just how huge those things are! Friday, March 27, 2009. the monotones of one
The monotones of one. So you've landed here, hello. feel free, but not compelled, to read . . . Thursday, 18 July 2013. There is a struggle to identify and agree with the reasonings of someone who seems to absolutely fail at understanding that compromise only works when both parties are willing to make some form of sacrifice. The ideals of a single person should not completely influence or take priority, yet the insistence of such self-centredness being constantly conveyed begs to differ. Today I met som...

Oink, Ink.
Sunday, April 20, 2014. I made these cards to send to my boys at a stamping class a week or so ago. I told the teacher I couldn't make them anything "girly" and this was the solution, haha. Oh well, I'm sure I'll hear about it from them. They won't receive them until tomorrow because of my procrastination. At least they'll know they are being thought of, right? Wednesday, April 09, 2014. I've made a bunch of fun things lately, but by the time I think to post them, the season is over! One thing I would de...
