What do you want to eat? This is the good stuff! Well, that’s it. I’ve gone nuts… Or have I? Actually, no. This is absolutely delicious. The best part is that it is really easy too! Maybe the best part is how good it tastes. This is a great way to add loads of flavor to roasted chicken, pork, turkey, fish, or use it as a spread on a sandwich. Hell, its good on a spoon! I made everything for the party before I knew it was going to be snowed out! This is exactly the weather you expect in spring, right? I had made tea smoked chicken. 6 chicken legs quarters, salted and peppered (I broke them down into thighs and legs just to make them a little easier to deal with). 1″ piece of ginger peeled and chopped roughly.
