We must surprised at the custom. It is natural to leave the door open when people don't use it. If you close the door, it is the sign of using it. There are many doors doesn't have the key. The public toilet is very clean in New Zealand. Some toilets don't have lever. Which flush with water, and when you open the door, the toilet is flushed, that is to say automatic. It’s unbelievable.
