Wednesday, February 6, 2008. 4 pieces bacon (prefer thick-sliced). 2 cups elbow macaroni. 1 cup heavy cream. 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour. 4 ounces grated fontina cheese. 3 ounces grated extra-sharp Cheddar. 2 ounces crumbled blue cheese. 2 ounces fresh parmisan cheese, grated. 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper. Saturday, January 12, 2008. Fazollis- Baseline and Gilbert Roads. My family loves Fazolli's. I accept this. It isn't my favorite place on earth. But hey! At least they aren't putting lobster sauce in everything. I credit them for value. On Tuesday nights, kids eat for 99 cents. And, every night you will find a server ( generally. A friendly server) who will pass out additional bread sticks. What's good: according to my husband and son, the pizza. Generous cheese. I like the baked spaghetti casserole.

Tuesday, March 4, 2008. Had an interesting issue today. A boneless pork that needed to be cooked. My family doesn't care for my rendition of pork, as it usually is dry and tasteless. It isn't as if I haven't tried to figure out the best way to keep it moist. I have baked/roasted and crock-potted. Alas! Dry, tasteless pork only eaten under threat of no dessert. I then added a can of broth and a can of green enchilada sauce. Why enchilada sauce? I didn't have any more broth. It was a nice add.
