Tales on the Time Clock: February 2012

http://ordinarylikeeveryone.blogspot.com/2012_02_01_archive.html

Tales on the Time Clock. This is my reconstruction site. Tuesday, February 21, 2012. It is something I have been struggling with for a long time. There have only been a few extended periods of time when I have really felt confident and sure of myself. I can say that it doesn’t have any effect on me all I want and I might not be able to notice any, but I know it is there. I have this friend named Bill who is a good 20 years older than me. Ward on the weekends. Trouble is that I just don’t seem to ha...

Tales on the Time Clock: Little Things

http://ordinarylikeeveryone.blogspot.com/2012/05/little-things.html

Tales on the Time Clock. This is my reconstruction site. Tuesday, May 22, 2012. I knew the minute I started typing the first few letters that I was doing something I shouldn’t have been. I guess the haphazard searches on Facebook before the New Year were not well thought out. If I had just signed out of the account she blocked me from I would easily find the doorstep to the life of someone I used to know. I felt fucking dirty. What in the hell was I doing? Fuck me did that ever blow up in my face. It isn...

Tales on the Time Clock: In Conclusion

http://ordinarylikeeveryone.blogspot.com/2012/07/in-conclusion.html

Tales on the Time Clock. This is my reconstruction site. Wednesday, July 11, 2012. It’s the nagging feeling I get in the back of my mind when I leave things unfinished that propelled me. I spent the last few weeks trying to come up with a summary of everything that has happened between then and now. Haven’t had much luck in that regard, only thing that really comes to mind is nothing which is not a bad thing to be thinking about, it seems to me. All things in their right place. 8220;Who just up and offer...

Tales on the Time Clock: November 2009

http://ordinarylikeeveryone.blogspot.com/2009_11_01_archive.html

Tales on the Time Clock. This is my reconstruction site. Thursday, November 12, 2009. This feeling grew in me as the weeks passed and I began to realize I could not be without it. Each hurdle we flew over assured me that she was the one, I could not be without her. But then logic would kick in and ask me how I planned to make this work, how would I get there, how would I live, where would I work? An argument for taking the risk. Take the risk," he said, "'what if' is a horrible thing to live with.".

Tales on the Time Clock: May 2011

http://ordinarylikeeveryone.blogspot.com/2011_05_01_archive.html

Tales on the Time Clock. This is my reconstruction site. Thursday, May 19, 2011. It’s every fucking day with you isn’t it? 45 minutes every afternoon you are the bane of my existence. The fact that you are my only logical option to get home makes you even worse. I must say you are a worthy adversary, but good god do I despise you and it’s only partly due to the fact that you take me through the worst sections of Brooklyn. So, without further ado…. When I sit on your street looking at the disgusting build...

Ordinary Life

On The Ephemeral in Photography. ORDINARY-LIGHT Photography @ HotShoe Gallery. On January 1, 2011. Library of Dust 2257, David Maisel, 2005-2006. The Taxonomy of Shadows. The masquerade involving the quantifiable aspects of the ephemeral in photography is certainly a loose end, admittedly. After all, what is not a slice of time that can no longer be? Or Is it simply an insolent measure of frame, subject, or motion negated in 1/500th of a second? Reserve your place at the talks now in order to insure a se...

Ordinary Lina
