Been Riding & Thinking About...: Some Thoughts on the Road
http://ridingandthinking.blogspot.com/2011/04/some-thoughts-on-road.html
Monday, April 25, 2011. Some Thoughts on the Road. Yesterday morning as I rode to the county jail to do volunteer work, I had some wonderful memories in my thoughts. Not only being Easter, it happened to be our 40th anniversary. Some thoughts on the road:. I'm thankful that Amber agreed to marry me. I can't believe she's put up with me all these years. I'm thankful God has blessed us with our family. Forty years ago I didn't know that my love for Amber would be greater today than it was then. Congratulat...

With that in mind I haven't had anything to post regarding motorcycling. But I don't want this blog to fizzle out so I thought I would check in with this brief update. This little wiring pigtail will allow me to rig the power cable directly into the Beemer's electrical system without messing up the tricky Canbus system. The other option is to wire thi...

Thursday, December 30, 2010. This holiday weekend is a great time to not only reflect and be thankful for life and all the blessings we have but also to look ahead to plans and goals for the coming year. The image above was taken a couple of weeks ago from the hospital room where our new granddaughter was born. The house on the slope is facing the sun as a new day dawns. As we face the coming new year I wish you peace and joy along with many safe riding miles. Thursday, December 23, 2010. That carries pe...

Random thoughts, rambling nonsense and flashes of insight disguised as a ball of string.for the most part I've found we tend to end up where we were meant to, whether we wanted to or not. Tuesday, 18 May 2010. I'm taking my days back. People have really gotten comfortable not only sharing more information and different kinds, but more openly and with more people.
