結核性関節炎 では、イソニアジド リファンピシリン ピラジナミド ストレプトマイシン エタンブトールなどが使われますが、まず、結核の治療から始めます。 関節炎がリウマチによる 場合は、炎症を軽くし、痛みを抑えたり、腫れを少なくする薬や、抗リウマチ剤 免疫調整剤 と呼ばれる、進行を抑え、経過を改善する薬が使われます。 関節炎での手術は 人工関節置換術 以外にも、股関節の手術に多い 骨切除術 、金属のプレートなどで関節を固定する 関節固定術 、関節リュウマチの治療法としてよく使われる 滑膜切除術 などがあり、症状や原因によって適切な治療法を選択します。 さらに、これら薬物療法、温熱療法などの治療法で関節炎が改善されない場合、もしくは関節の組織や近辺の骨に著しい異常が認められた場合などは、 骨切除術 で、骨の変形部分を整形して正しい状態にさせたり、 人工関節置換術 または 関節固定術 で固定させるなど、関節炎を起こしている患部に外科的手術を行う場合もあります。 ですから、 関節が動かしにくい 関節部分に痛みや腫れがある 他に感染性の疾病を起こしている などの症状が見られたら、早めに医師の診察を受けましょう。
