The show is open to all ages 18 and over and will be on display at the Pendleton September 4 - 26. Work should be an artist original 5"x7" piece showcasing the beautiful Rising sun area with it's interesting landscapes, people, historic buildings, and river. Each artist can submit up to 5 entries.
