Stromboli.and a winner! I've been thinking of making stromboli for a week now. We learned to make it at the baker's conference I recently had the privilege to attend. As some of you know I recently attempted to go gluten-free to see if it would help with some digestive issues I was suffering from. I managed to avoid anything with gluten for about a month.
