My personal journey towards a fructose free life. Monday, February 14, 2011. 65279; . 2 cups plain flour. 4 tsp baking powder. 1/3 cup canola or vegetable oil. Preheat oven to 210 deg C. Line a baking tray with cooking paper. Mix flour, baking powder, dextrose and salt in a bowl. Add oil and milk and mix well. Work dough with some flour until smooth. Roll the dough 1-2 cm thick. My personal journey towards a fructose free life. Tuesday, December 7, 2010. Happy birthday to me! I've lost 4 kg in 3 weeks 3 days. What a great birthday gift to myself! Thought, I find that I the lack of hunger continues throughout the evening until bedtime. If I get hungry, I'll eat a piece of cheese and I'm set.
