I have one momento I want to make soon as a reminder of the trip. While in McMinnville, OR, the hometown of our friends, we stopped at the local quilt shop. I bought fabrics that reminded me of the ocean and will be making a lap quilt with the block Storm at Sea as a touchstone to all the memories we made that day at the ocean. When Mom is sick.
