I hope you all have a safe and wonderful holiday, and make sure you eat lots of super tasty food :). PS Look how big Panko has become! He's so chubbed up! December 25, 2012 at 8:01 PM. N. Blogs: Felt Brooches
http://niinaaoki.blogspot.com/2012/08/felt-brooches.html
Friday, August 3, 2012. The first time my mum taught me how to sew when I was about 8 or 9, it was using felt for fabric. No need to worry about fraying, easy to hand sew and comes in a rainbow of colours. Ever since then, I've been hooked on using felt. My first project was stitching up tiny outfits for my Barbie's babies. I remember I had a mega fat needle (I couldn't find a thin needle, have no idea why! And it took me so long but I was so proud when I had finished a little blue romper for the baby.

a little something...: January 2010
http://a1ittlesomething.blogspot.com/2010_01_01_archive.html
Saturday, January 2, 2010. Time for the beach. This morning we got up uncharacteristically early and headed to the beach with some friends. We don't live anywhere near the beach so it is a small mission, but despite the drive, was well worth it. I personally haven't been for a swim for probably a few years (embarrassing to admit living in a place with some of the world's most beautiful beaches) but I think my connection to the ocean has been reawakened! a little something...: vintage treasures...
http://a1ittlesomething.blogspot.com/2009/12/vintage-treasures.html
Wednesday, December 30, 2009. Yesterday we visited an amazing antique shop, largely populated by all sorts of strange rusty bits of old farm equipment, vintage bikes, old gates and other interesting pieces (it's called The Rustic Gallery for anyone in Perth). I found these lovely 40's scales (without the pan, but I liked them anyway). I loved the colours, the minty green and bright red, and couldn't resist. Posted by a little something. January 1, 2010 at 7:48 AM. Hope you have a fabulous new year ♥.

a little something...: November 2009
http://a1ittlesomething.blogspot.com/2009_11_01_archive.html
Sunday, November 15, 2009. My place and yours. I've decided to join Pip of Meet Me At Mike's. My Place and Yours. As it seems like lots of fun and the themes so far have been really interesting! This week's theme is. Through The Front Door. Chosen by Femme De Montmartre. My favourite new addition to this room is the empty frame on the wall, which I recently inherited from my Aunty and used to belong to my Grandma. It is beautifully hand painted and I'm so pleased to have it! Posted by a little something.
