Monday, April 27, 2009. What we're up to. I know it's not entirely true, but you sure notice it a lot more when you want it so bad! Speaking of babies, Russel's sister had a baby recently. His name is Trevor and he was 5 weeks on Friday. He is precious! I am ready for him to be able to play, though! I am excited to be an aunt! Tomorrow is the Math TAKS test, the last for the year for 3rd grade. I am SO ready for it to be OVER! Hopefully the trend continues and the Math scores come back the same way!

Monday, August 27, 2007. Well, I did it, I survived another 1st day of school! In my 2 and a half years of teaching on my own, this is one department my group has always been lacking in. It seems like I always get a parent or 2 that takes of care of things like class parties and whatnot, but having someone willing to make copies, or whatever else I need done is a welcome surprise! That's cool you had help! Teaching must be an interesting thing every year. Sometimes I wonder how I would have been!

Monday, August 6, 2007. On Saturday, we drove up to New Orleans to do some shopping and eating in the French Quarter. I really enjoyed that. We saw the Hard Rock Cafe, and shopped and ate at the. Bubba Gump Shrimp Company. I am going to try to post some pics, but I've never done that on here before, so we'll see! Home, Sweet Home. The Casino that took 13 of my hard earned dollars! Tuesday, March 30, 2010. So much to update! I want to keep up with this blog because I know how much I enjoy looking back and seeing all that I have documented. I get overwhelmed when I don't blog for a while and feel that I have missed so much. So here are some highlights from the past few weeks. Rani has so many toys and she plays with all of them but she also can entertain herself with just about anything. One of her favorite things is empty diaper boxes which we seem to have a lot of these days.

Saturday, April 10, 2010. Here are just a few pictures of Andrew. He is wearing his first cardinals shirt today because his daddy dressed him. The other picture was taken yesterday. I couldn't believe it when I put a 6 month outfit on him and it already fits. I feel he is just growing up to fast. Everyday he amazes me with how alert and aware of everything that he is.
