Wednesday, May 13, 2015. All eleven of them. Little fuzz butts. They are not your typical yellow. I got the call at 7 am. My chicks are waiting for pick up! They were cold and hungry at the airconditioned Post Office, so I held the box on my lap hoping to make it warmer. But it was not going to make it to 95 until we got home. The heat lamp was on, the water filled and the kids (Tristan and Tracy) were anxiously waiting for us to come home. Lucky, the rooster. Small bowl of food. Life is excitingly good!

Wednesday, July 9, 2014. Our Bella is gone. A couple from the Villages wanted her, and we had to let her go. Tears, tears, tears. All we have left are the fabulous memories and friends we made for the four short years we lived in her. I am already planning what RV we will get next. Maybe this lifestyle wasn't out of my system all the way. Friday, May 23, 2014. Working, working, working and loving every minute. Using muscles I didn't know I had, and wow are they letting me know they are there! The last of the boxes have been unpacked and stuff put approximately where it belongs. There is SO MUCH ROOM! We learned so much from our guides both days and no one got lost, sick, or hurt. Awesome two classes of fourth graders! There are PLENTY of things to do every day, and we are lovin' it! Saturday, May 3, 2014. It was a surprise to us, too!
