I am here appeal all friends in KL don't rent/buy house/apartment/condominium/ANY PROPERTIES from this agent company called CL LAND PROPERTIES. Pls take my experience as a lesson. Hence, I started to ask different agents from different company. None of them said they are allowed to do so, they will only obligated to collect one month rental (deposit) from owner.
