Our Year Living in Oxford | Countdown to July 1, 2017
Our Year Living in Oxford. Countdown to July 1, 2017. Not Just Mummy Blog. Countdown – Three Years to Go. July 1, 2014. Three Years to go. On July 1, 2017 – my family and I are leaving Australia to take up residence in Oxford. We are saying it will be for a year, but who knows! Three years still seems like a long time. But given the way the years seem to be passing these days, I know it will be here before we know it. Why are we doing this, you might ask? To satisfy my Royal Historyness (is that a word!

Our Year of Joy | All the years, all the joy
On July 13, 2015 by Erin. Today, my tummy baby turns four. This past year, you have exploded into a tiny little grownup, stomping feet, sighs, wild laughter and demands from kisses to food to “JUST LEAVE ME ALONE.”. Today, at lunch, you told another little girl “I was three already, now I’m four.”. It is not all bittersweet. There are challenges that I did not expect. How are you so full of adult attitude already? Where did you learn that bad word? An interview with four year old Violet. How old are you?

Our year on the farm
Our year on the farm. Sunday, August 2, 2009. Moving Back To the City. Since I left the farm a couple weeks ago I have really been seeing alot more things that some how relate to farming. We have alot more farms, cows and tractors in the south that I have never noticed before. I have really missed Massachusetts and can't wait to go back in September for my Mom's graduation. The farm taught me more about my life and what I want to do with it. Tuesday, January 27, 2009. I wonder if the lent that comes out ...
Our Year Outdoors
Sunday, May 4, 2014. Suwannee River Overnight Paddle. State Parks visited: 78. The last time we were on the Suwannee River was New Years' Day a few years ago, and it was high time for a return visit. Chris suggested an overnight paddle trip, and so we planned it for the weekend before Thanksgiving. Olivia ended up staying with my parents for the weekend, so it was just Chris, Xandra, Rob, and me. Not sure if you can see the orange blaze in the background there, but that's a section of the Florida Trail.
Our Year Review
Welcome to our Review of 2011. This 12 part summary of our year allows family and friends (those who are interested) find out what we have been up to. It's also nice for myself and Mrs K/C/KC to look at it in future and remind ourselves of how our children have grown. January was a relatively quiet month for us, although a few things stand out from memory. Firstly, Little T lost her first tooth (she was particularly excited as she was the first in her school year to lose one! The month of March included ...
