Im not cool, but I admit it. September 23rd, 2010. I must be brief, Lilli is being a fusspot this morning! So Drea's version consists of a corset, smock, kirtle, gown and partlets. Mine consists of a smock, "gown", apron and partlets. My reasons for these changes are:. 1 Working woman needs to get dressed by herself and quickly. (try doing that with back lacing! 2 She needs to be able to nurse (no wet nurse and no such thing as formula! Corset is pretty much impossible). What can I say, I love that color...

Although we've been holding much fewer parties than in past years, we're hoping to make up for it with just a few really nice ones! Littles are welcome (and Krista - I made a fence across the bridge now called the "Cogan Bridge", in honor of your two wee ones who I was pretty sure were going to go bouncing across the chicken netting! So a little less wrangling will be necessary!

Toddler at Pennsic - suggestions? Leaving our 1.5 yo at camp grandma isn't an option, so I'm looking for tips or tricks to making the two weeks more enjoyable? This'll be my 16 war, so I'm experienced with all the usual camping hardships, but not with a toddler. She wasn't mobile last year, but is VERY mobile this year!
