Whisk eggs in a bowl and add veges and cheese and combine gently. Pour into a greased rectangle or square tin and bake in a moderate oven for about 10 minutes. When cooked remove from tin, allow to cool and cut into slices! This sounds yummy, I am so excited about growing my own food this year, hopefully there will be some zucchini's in the mix!
