Well, I have moved back to Victoria and have started attending a weekly meeting - although the leader doesn't seem to helpful - as lovely as she is. My start weight this time - according to the scales at the meeting was 112.5 kg. I have lost 2.4 kg in 3 weeks. To track everything that passes my lips. Walk for 30 mins a day. This time it's for keeps! Tuesday, April 24, 2007. Well - I am still trying to track everyday - not all that successfully though! Last week I lost 0.7kg - not bad (for not tracking)! That means I have met my 20% weight loss goal since starting in 2006. My next goal is 100kg by the time I go on my mid year family holiday - June 24th. CW 107.9 kg. Total Loss: 14.1 kg. This time it's for keeps! Wednesday, April 25, 2007. This year we again remembered all the fallen service men and women with our own small Anzac Day ceremony. Dave and I want the kids to grow up understanding the importance of this day and the history behind it. Callum and Emily helped collect gum leaves that everyone threw into the fire as part of the ceremony. They shall grow not old,. As we that are left grow old;. Age shall not weary them,. Nor the years condemn. At the going down of the sun.

This time it's for keeps! Sunday, April 15, 2007. A New Begginning - This time it's for keeps! I started this weight loss journey in February 2006 and lost around 20kg. but I fell off the wagon - big time - and have now pulled myself together for a new start. Now I undertand that it's a lifestyle and habit change - not just a diet! I put back on 10kg that I lost through lack of concentration, lack of vision - I lost sight of my goals and the big picture! So my very first start weight was 122kg.

It is a beach I have visited often while growing up, but not one that I've ever walked all the way to the left hand point. It didn't look that far. But 3.5 hours and some 16 kilometres later we realised it really is quite a distance. We got back to the car at 8.45pm, just on sunset. Our puppy had lots of fun playing in the sand.
