Diabetes diary, Day 19 - El Pinche Journal de Kenn Rodriguez
http://spokenn.livejournal.com/143929.html
El Pinche Journal de Kenn Rodriguez. Pocho thoughts and ramblings from a Chicano/New Mexican-American. Diabetes diary, Day 19. Jul 18th, 2012 at 11:25 PM. Still pissy about not being not being able to eat fast food crap. Morning reading was 130. Breakfast was an open faced peanut butter sandwich (I forgot to bring bread from my apartment) and 5 crackers of dubious origin. After breakfast reading was 126. Hmm. lower carb breakfast equaled lowest after breakfast reading ever. Snacked on some peanuts.

A vintage man, a vintage boy, and a vintage teen. - Vintage Men

A vintage man, a vintage boy, and a vintage teen. At October 24th, 2008 (01:30 pm). Current song: the Night Marchers. With my father and aunt. I'm taken aback by the elegant cut of his clothes, especially the trousers. And this was what he wore while buying his kids some ice cream at the beach! My father as a young lad in urban Puerto Rico. Dad is 61 years old now, and PR is historically twenty years "behind the times" fashion-wise. Elegant, even. Don't you wish today's school uniforms were as lovely?

Cookbooks - Found Recipes

Cookbooks - Found Recipes. Sep 15th, 2008 01:47 pm. San Gabriel, CA. With the passing of my husband's mother's younger sister, I have inherited all the cookbooks. These date from 1942 to the early 1980s. Many of them don't have any date at all - they were freebies from food manufacturers. 2008-09-15 09:02 pm (UTC). I think I got the Joys of Jello cookbook from my mother when she passed away! 2008-09-16 12:27 am (UTC). 2008-09-16 12:48 am (UTC). Be sharing some scanned pages. Muahahahaa!

At February 23rd, 2011 (11:51 am). Betty crocker recipe card library. Really, these recipes are redefining my ideas of diet food. Hmm 395 calories WITHOUT the gravy. I wonder how many calories the gravy adds? At February 12th, 2011 (01:50 am). Betty crocker recipe card library. Again, not something I normally think of when I think diet food. I'm not a fan of veal, but I'm betting steak or other beef cuts would work fine for this recipe. The frozen lime pudding looks tasty, too.
