Sunday, October 17, 2010. Scarecrow in the village. Last weekend, the Lawrenceville Main Street hosted "Scarecrow in the Village" where school age children make scarecrows. So I took Terran and Sisi there and we made our own. Well, actually, it was suppose to be Terran's scarecrow but I ended up doing most of the work. Sisi helped a little. Terran found his friend from school and started throwing hay all around. Sisi is working on her mask. And Terran is painting his pumpkin. Happy Fall!

Wednesday, September 29, 2010. Back to School Nite! My schedule is being filled with kids' activities. My life is definitely not mine anymore. I am OK with it. Last night, I went to back to school nite at Lawrenceville Elementary School (LES). Terran attends kindergarten there. Monday, June 28, 2010. Kids photos in june! We've been having a great spring and beginning of summer. It's been hot hot hot these past few days and I'm really enjoying being home with the crazy kids this year. So much work, so much yelling, but so much fun! These are our most recent photos! Saturday, November 27, 2010. I guess we've been a bit busy, and bit tired, and a bit lazy. And my mom has been asking me for photos. Until about 8 months, Aidan was just a happy baby. Tuesday, February 23, 2010. Sleepy mommy sleepy baby. I discovered that if I refrain from eating chocolate and drinking coffee after 3pm, Aidan sleeps so much better at night. Babies don't like caffine. So now, Aidan sleeps about 3 to 3.5 hours before waking up for a quick meal. Then he goes right back to sleep for another 3 hour or so. Then, I nurse him again, but this time, I just bring him back to bed with me and Pat and we all snore until the day begins again. It's such a sweet time.

Wednesday, July 28, 2010. I've let another month go by without writing here. It's been busy and extremely hot. For about 3 weeks, we've had temperature of over 90 degrees without much relief. Gotta say, staying at home so far has been GREAT! I love being able to spend this time with my kids. Each time I take a year off from work, I sort of do it as a challenge. Can I deal with this one baby 24/7? Can I deal with a baby and a toddler? Yaya reading group series. Some girls: my life in a harlem.
