3厚涂片法(改良加藤法) 取50mg去渣粪便置载玻片上，盖以浸透甘油-孔雀绿溶液的亲水玻璃纸(22mm 30mm大小)，用橡胶塞轻压，使粪便均匀铺开，室温置30 60分钟后镜检。 取粪便20 30g置烧杯内，加水成混悬液，经两层纱布或金属筛(40 60孔)，滤入尖底量杯内，并加清水至杯口，静置25分钟，倾去上液，重新加满清水，每15 20分钟换水一次(共3 4次)，直至上液清晰为止。 2)离心沉淀法 用铜筛或双层纱布将粪便混悬液过滤去渣后置于离心管中，以1500 2000r/m离心1 2分钟，弃上液，加入清水混匀，再离心沉淀，重复3 4次，直至上液清晰。 汞碘醛溶液的配制 汞醛液 硫柳汞酊(柳汞1g溶于1 000ml70%酒精中)200 ml，40%甲醛25ml，甘油5ml，蒸馏水200ml。 5)硫酸锌离心浮聚法 取粪便约1g，加10 15倍的水，充分搅碎、混匀，用铜筛或双层纱布将粪便混悬液过滤去渣后置于离心管中，以1500 2000r/m离心1 2分钟，弃上液，加入清水混匀，再离心沉淀，重复3 4次，直至上液清晰。 用pH70 7.2的缓冲液，按1 20比例将姬氏染液稀释。

1运动 多数原虫能借助伪足、鞭毛、纤毛等运动细胞器运动，有些原虫虽无运动细胞器 如孢子虫 ，但可借助体表的一些结构滑动，运动是原虫发育期的特点。 2 转换宿主型 需在吸血节肢动物体内发育、繁殖并经其传播给人或其他动物，才能完成生活史，如疟原虫、杜氏利什曼原虫 或完成生活史需在1种以上的脊椎动物宿主体内，分别进行有性和无性生殖，如弓形虫。 2播散能力 寄生原虫的微小个体和快速增殖特点,使多数致病原虫在建立原发病灶后,都有向近邻或远方组织侵袭和播散的能力,从而累及多个器官。 3机会致病 一些在人体中处于隐性感染的原虫(如弓形虫、肺孢子虫、隐孢子虫等),当机体抵抗力下降或者免疫功能不全时(如长期应用免疫抑制剂、肿瘤或AIDS患者等),这些原虫则可大量增殖,引起明显的临床症状和体征,严重者可致死。 4带虫免疫 在多数原虫感染中,宿主可产生对再感染的免疫力,并有一定程度抵抗再感染的能力。 1 叶足虫 阿米巴 以伪足为运动细胞器，如溶组织内阿米巴。
