This is the mindset I had in the Royal Marines for over ten years and it s the same one I have now for my approach to training. I have never exercised before and am not very fit, could I manage a class? Yes the classes are mixed ability, so you work as hard as YOU are able to. I have an old injury that sometimes plays up would i still be ok to do it? What happens if its dark or raining? The classes run whatever the weather, you will not be cold for long. As for the dark it isn't a problem. I am a fully qualified level 3 personal trainer with full insurance/medical qualifications and i have the full permission to use the park.
