סגולה לפרנסה לומר בכל יום את פרשת המן. עניין זה מוזכר כבר ב'ארבעה טורים' (אורח חיים סי' שא - 'טוב לומר פרשת המן'. ומרן הבית יוסף ביאר "כדי שיאמין שכל מזונותיו באין לו בהשגחה", וב'פרישה': " בירושלמי דברכות איתא, כל האומר פרשת המן בכל יום, מובטח לו שלא יתמעטו מזונותיו. לגבי אמירת פרשת המן בשבת, פסק רבינו בעל ה'באר היטב': (סימן א' סעיף קטן ט') " וגם בשבת יוכל לומר פרשת המן". היו שנהגו להוסיף תפילות ובקשות על פרנסה לאחר אמירת פרשת המן, אולם בשבת אין לומר את התפילות. לחילופין, תוכלו גם להוריד את פרשת המן.
