What is a Historic Lease? The public comment period on the proposed Former Reserved Properties Management Plan closed on August 12, 2011. Partners in Preservation submitted extensive written comments objected to the proposed plan for the Grange and participated in the public meeting in St. Marys on July 27, 2011.
