Cialdini sums up a lot of research on the subject of how to influence people’s behaviour, and presents it in an accessible and entertaining way (one of my favorite examples is the copying machine experiment. This is a book about what happens to our bodies after we die. Dissection, cremation, decomposition, organ donation, forensic work you name it, this book has it. I literally cannot guess or remember what the idea was, based on my disjointed scribblings. This, by the way, is an instance of something I find fascinating, namely intrapersonal communication - in TRA.
