Saturday, December 31, 2005. My husband and I went to buy some cashew nuts in a little shop, where we knew the owner Reza was from Iran, but we hadn’t met him yet. There’s usually his Russian wife or an Iraqi shop assistant to serve us. (Itäkeskus, Helsinki). To make a long story short; now, at the end of December, we went to Reza’s shop, and who did we run into, ecxept the elusive Reza himself, but Manucher, the father of the family I was telling you about, Oh joy, oh rapture!
