Life through my lens. Monthly Archives: April 2012. 28 April, 2012. I have used the new VSCO Cam. Iphone app to edit some photos taken using my Fuji X100 recently and it’s awesome! I am looking forward to getting VSCO film for Aperture soon. As part of my Project 365 I often walk around Cheltenham town on my lunch breaks seeing what there is to photograph. Unfortunately my X100 battery had died so I had to go around with my iPhone 4s. Not that it was a bad experience however! 40 from a night of music.

Life through my lens. 10 April, 2012. Today was a good day. I don’t get too long to shoot most days, only on my lunch breaks and on the journeys to and from work. But today I managed to get off some good photos. Next post →. Band shoot with the X100. VSCOCAM at the beach. 40 from a night of music. Return of the sun. 21 April, 2012. Another good set. Life through my lens. 4 April, 2012. It’s been a while since my last post, sorry to my followers for that. We are fortunate to have a train track running just a couple of roads away from my house and despite it blowing a gale and being freezing cold I thought it would be a good idea to go and see the train. It doesn’t run all the time but as it’s half term (a break for school children) it is running this week. Next post →. Band shoot with the X100. VSCOCAM at the beach. 40 from a night of music.

There’s no denying the boy likes his food. Canon 40mm 2.8. He loves his food which makes me so happy. He loves covering himself in it, which doesn’t make me so happy. Canon 40mm 2.8. I got a new lens today. A Canon 40mm 2.8 STM pancake one. After only a few shots this evening after work I can see I’m going to be happy with it, which is a good job as I part exchanged my 50mm 1.8 to help with the cost. This thing I noticed was how much it felt like using my old X100 (apart from it actually focussed! Using ...

Life through my lens. Band shoot with the X100. 26 June, 2012. Last week I had a chance to shoot Cheltenham band Carmen. Again I had shot them over a year ago and was looking forward to seeing how I would fare with just the X100 with me. I must say I did better than I had expected! VSCOCAM at the beach. 26 May, 2012. I took a few photos with my iPhone 4s an the amazing vscocam app the other morning at Woolacombe beach. The sea mist made the scene very spectacular. 28 April, 2012. 40 from a night of music.
Early Childhood
Friday, February 26, 2016. I came into this Masters degree with a lot of fear and wondering if I could complete a degree program that is fully online. I have never felt comfortable as a knowledgeable computer user so I did not think finishing this program was at all going to happen. I also did not think that I had the smarts to complete a Masters program. I have learned that I can learn how to be better at operating a computer and that I can understand and complete a Masters degree. I also learned that I...
