Just another WordPress.com weblog. Charlotte on the Climbing Wall. On Monday Charlotte went climbing at an ‘extreme’ sports centre with the Brownies as part of the 100 years of guiding celebrations. There are 10 challenges to complete to get a special Adverture 100 badge and this one was the ‘look up high’ challenge. Charlotte amazed me by getting right to the top and she wasn’t scared at all. Just another WordPress.com weblog. First week of the Big Build. Filed in House extension. Day 2&3 of the Big Build. The supervisor eventually came at 4pm and explained everything so I feel much happier now. Tomorrow the joiners and plumber are coming as they need to move the sink and boiler so the builders can take down the rest of the wall and start rebuilding. Back of garage yesterday. The sink in the garage has been removed (I will be reusing it) and the builders have now knocked down the remaining bit of wall where the old boiler was and are ready to start rebuilding the back wall tomorrow. Just another WordPress.com weblog. Here are some photos of the now fully completed upstairs rooms and Charlottes new tropical fish tank. Still to finish painting the walls in the showerroom, kitchen and utility. The woodwork is all done and the kitchen and utility flooring is being fitted on Wednesday. Just the animal room to paint from scratch but it can wait. Only problem now is that it makes the rest of the paintwork in the house look bad😦. Upstairs landing looking towards Charlotte’s new room. Halloween – Charlotte and Lewis went Trick or Treating with their friends and came back with loads of sweets. Brownies: Charlotte had to say her Brownie Promise and got her new outfit for the occasion. Here are the photos:. Kitchen as of 8am this morning.
