Tuesday, March 31, 2009. VLCD Cycle 2 Day 9. I got up and did my work out this morning. I really wasn't that in to it though. I did burn 177 calories though in 20 minutes, so that's not too bad. I've already drank 32 oz of water. I love that - getting 1/3 of my water in before 7:00am. Eating : Perfect on plan. Workout: complete (24 min walk). Green tea: complete (1 cup). 100-120 oz water : 95 oz. Monday, March 30, 2009. VLCD Cycle 2 Day 8. I hope the scale is better tomorrow. Sunday, March 29, 2009.

Friday, May 29, 2009. I did super good on my eating until my husband bought berry sherbert. He was looking for sugar free ice cream for me and it was right next to the sherbert (which is my favorite) and he grabbed the wrong one. So I had some last night, but instead of only giving me one serving he gave me 2. But in the big scheme of things, my nutrition counts weren't too high. Well, I guess that's it for today. Tuesday, May 26, 2009. Yesterday we went to JC Penny and guess what I got. size 10 capris. How awesome is that? Protein powder in my coffee. Sliced yellow and red peppers. 4 oz 0% plain greek yogurt w/splenda and vanilla. Homemade chili (kidney beans, black beans, lean ground beef, ff sour cream, low fat cheese). Saturday, May 30, 2009. Jogging, jogging, jogging. So I hover around 180 - fluctuating around there, but I decided to check my body fat percentage this morning, and on 5/7 after stopping the HCG I was 178.8 and 43% body fat and today I am 180 and 40% body fat. Wednesday, June 3, 2009. Eating, eating, eating. I'm on track with my workouts this week. Today's was kind of lame, I didn't feel like I had the energy for it today. I did turbo jam for 40 minutes, but I only burned 347 calories, usually I burn a lot more than that. Yesterday I jogged for 35 minutes. On Monday night I did do some binge eating. :( My husband was out and I just kept eating and eating. My stomach was not happy about it at all either. Time to make my breakfast and lunch and get to work.

Wednesday, February 25, 2009. I weighed in at 190.4 today. Last night I stayed within carbs and calories and fat and I even had 3 candy cane hershey's kisses. I got the disapproving look from my husband on the hershey's kisses, but I figure if I'm good on my calories, carbs, and fat - then it's ok right? Wednesday, May 27, 2009. Another day in the life. Shannon - Awesome job on getting into the 180's. That's so exciting. Not sure what was up with my scale this morning, but I was super excited to see 176.9, but I didn't really believe it since yesterday I was 180.6, so I got on my other one and I was still around 180 on that one.
