Emily and Peters Travels: Costa Brava

http://www.peterandemily.blogspot.com/2010/07/costa-brava.html

Emily and Peters Travels. Random posting of our trips. Saturday, June 26, 2010. Travelling to the Costa Brava from the Pyrenees was perhaps one of the strangest days weather wise I have had. We left St Beat and it was drizzly and about 10-11 degrees, not too bad really. We finished the trip in bright sunshine and about 26 degrees (that's more like it for a summer holiday! Emily and Peters Travels: Training Progress

http://www.peterandemily.blogspot.com/2010/08/training-progress.html

Emily and Peters Travels. Random posting of our trips. Monday, August 23, 2010. To help with my training I purchased a heart rate monitor that I now wear on all of my training sessions. Here is the results for the first four weeks. Bar charts are showing duration and the line is my average heart rate. Week four was technically a easy week as I didn't do as many gym sessions during the week, however it terms of time it looks like I made up for it. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Emily and Peters Travels: The Pyrenees - In Training

http://www.peterandemily.blogspot.com/2010/07/pyrenees-in-training.html

Emily and Peters Travels. Random posting of our trips. Sunday, June 20, 2010. The Pyrenees - In Training. In training for what? I hear you ask. Well as Peter and I are both not in our 20's any more and as we have always both wanted to do some trekking in Nepal we have decided that we are going to trek to Everest Base Camp in October of this year, so we thought we should get some training in before the trip on some proper mountains. Emily and Peters Travels: A bit of an update...

http://www.peterandemily.blogspot.com/2010/02/bit-of-update.html

Emily and Peters Travels. Random posting of our trips. Saturday, February 27, 2010. A bit of an update. So for my 30th birthday this year we went to a pub in Oxford for pies and drinks. I was stoked to discover that the pub I had chosen served steak and cheese pies! Perfect. It was a lovely night shared with some work friends and also a couple of friends from NZ (Nivi and Alistair) and my dear friend Lisa. It was a lovely evening and a great way to celebrate. Monday, June 29, 2009. We like being outside. Apologies for pic quality, it was getting dark out there. Really I just wanted to show off the cool hat Aunty Jen made :-). I think this may also count as the official first tree climbing attempt! Posted by Mrs O. Head on over to Karen's blog for a couple of posts featuring our little guy:. JJ gets a girlfriend. Emily's Health Studies: HK2 Homework

http://emshealthstudies.blogspot.com/2007/05/hk2-homework.html

Friday, May 04, 2007. Somehow I managed to get my HK2 homework handed in and signed off! Totally amazing as only a few weeks ago I though I wasn't going to make it. HK3 is in a week, eek! I have lots to learn before my practical assessment, some 48 meridian points and multiple procedures. It's all good and I'm really looking forward to the next stage. I will try to get more people to work on this time! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). View my complete profile. Emily and Peter's Travels. HK3 - Weekend 1.

Emily's Health Studies: July 2007

http://emshealthstudies.blogspot.com/2007_07_01_archive.html

Sunday, July 15, 2007. Well it has been a while since I last posted. I have now completed my HK3 lessons and am getting in to the practical. I have even completed my theory hours, but mainly due to learning a new way of working and being unable to resist the temptation of typing up some new lists. I have also started a correspondence course in Anatomy and Physiology, which was my most dreaded course but isn't so bad now. I don't know how well I'll remember all the terms but it's pretty interesting.

Rach and Dave: July 2010

http://rachanddaveouwejan.blogspot.com/2010_07_01_archive.html

Thursday, July 29, 2010. Howdy folks. We've been a bit slack at keeping this blog updated. in fact, the last time we blogged Rach wasn't even pregnant, I hadn't been to Ausie and we didn't have our latest addition to the family! I'm sure you REALLY want to hear about the trip to ausie, but I'll first discuss the latest addition to the family! What's more, Rach gave birth naturally and WITHOUT pain relief. What a trooper! At midday we received the discharge papers and we left for Helensville Birthing Unit.

Rach and Dave: March 2009

http://rachanddaveouwejan.blogspot.com/2009_03_01_archive.html

Sunday, March 29, 2009. Share and share alike, HE says! Our pear tree is laden with fruit, and this was the first taste test of the season. JJ decided he rather likes whole pears too, and engaged in a bit of eye gouging and cheek grabbing to get Mum's pear all to himself :-). Posted by Mrs O. Friday, March 13, 2009. There are only 3 days between this photo and the previous post's photos, but the haircut makes him look a lot more like a boy and less like a baby! Posted by Mrs O. Tuesday, March 10, 2009.

Emily's Health Studies: September 2006

http://emshealthstudies.blogspot.com/2006_09_01_archive.html

Friday, September 01, 2006. It is still totally fascinating and a really amazing journey. I recently had a session with a classmate and it came up that I needed to do 4hrs more exercise a week, which isn't that much more when you consider that at the moment I do none! I also need to buy a therapy couch and a few test kits so the delay will no doubt help the old financials! Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). View my complete profile. Emily and Peter's Travels. Nivi's Adventures: March 2006

http://nivsiv.blogspot.com/2006_03_01_archive.html

Friday, March 31, 2006. This is a somewhat disappointing post for a couple of reasons, firstly I have no photos and secondly cos I dont have a happy story about the snow at Whistler! Jean took me along on her work ski weekend up at Whistler. She arranged to borrow pretty much everything I didn't already have (thank you Jean! And off we drove on Friday evening, headed for Whistler - which is only a 2 hour drive! Posted by Nivi at 1:22 PM. Thursday, March 30, 2006. From Seattle to Vancouver. This is a phot...

Monday, June 26, 2006. Bahrain - Pearl of the Arabian Gulf. And just in case you're like "what is Bahrain? It's a tiny island (although technically an archipelago) in the Middle East - and I mean TINY! The land area is 665 sq km (Lake Taupo is 616 sqkm). The population is about 700,000 of which about 200,000 are expatriates. The annual GDP is about $14billion, which is from oil. These photos probably aren't going to be very interesting if you have no affiliation with Bahrain - sorry! Bab Al Bahrain - Ara...

Nivi's Adventures: November 2006

http://nivsiv.blogspot.com/2006_11_01_archive.html

Monday, November 20, 2006. So we finally made it back to Cairo and had a few more sights before having to part ways with the gang. A lady showing us how papyrus is made. This is kinda funny. Hani had told us that we were going to a really good perfumerie but most of the people I spoke to thought, 'yeah, it'll be cool to have a look-see, but I won't actually buy anything.' Oh how wrong we were! There were some really nice ones and almost everyone ended up buying at least one perfume! We visited The Mosque...

Two Dogs & a Baby

Two Dogs and a Baby. Wednesday, June 30, 2010. Where did the last year go? Below is her 1 year photo as well as a few snapshots from her birthday dinner. Cousin Rori helping open presents. Snuggling with Daddy while visiting Lucas Oil on a free tour day. Fast forward a couple weeks. That's it for our June update. Stay tuned, as July holds plenty more: little Thomas Christopher is scheduled to arrive July 28 via C-section. Will I survive the next 4 weeks of July humidity? Peter and Elizabeth Chapman.

Wednesday, December 12, 2012. The JOY children bring to the Holidays! The other night I was talking with Carolina about the story of Jesus birth. We thought she wouldn't fully understand, but she did, and she loved it. Never mind that she wanted me to talk about the cow and the sheep too, but none the less, it was a success. Carolina had no fear! She told Santa she wants a Christmas outfit. That is a skirt and sweater and a hat. (Great! The one year Santa didn't get clothes! Thank you Pottery Barn kids!
